I think I would be correct if I said that the trip is a bit different than we had expected.

Read MoreOn our wedding day, Becky and I thought that our feelings of love for each other could never be stronger than they were at that moment. Our dream of being together completely and for always was finally becoming a reality. It felt so good to be together, to be married, to be in love. It was our dream and goal to somehow preserve that love as long as we could.
But our hidden fear was that someday our love would become dull and flat, or worse, we might fall out of love altogether.
Read MoreHello,
We’re glad you came to visit, and glad you’re reading this because it may just give you a head start in understanding who we are.
We are a Friends church, traditionally called Quakers, but first and foremost we are a Christian church.
From its humble beginnings as a home group in 1958, to a two-acre church facility across from a city park and wildlife museum, Walnut Creek Friends Church has remained a safe place for any looking to experience what a simple Christian church looks and feels like. That’s right! We want you to know you’re welcome here. Sometimes people feel they need a special invitation to come to a Quaker church, but we are open to everyone and we enjoy the opportunity to meet new people. Whether you’re simply investigating the Christian faith or a long-time believer, you are welcome to come, listen, learn, and grow with us.
Our main worship service begins Sunday mornings at 10:00 a.m, and we invite you to join us in a fellowship meal after service finishes around 11:30.
We are located at:
1950 First Avenue Walnut Creek, CA 94597
